1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing this website and utilizing the services provided by Rudix Technology, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not access our website or utilize our B2B IT consulting services.

2. Scope of Services

Rudix Technology provides enterprise IT infrastructure deployment, cybersecurity auditing (including VAPT), zero-trust network architecture, and custom software engineering. All services are governed by individual Master Service Agreements (MSAs) and Statements of Work (SOW) mutually executed by Rudix Technology and the client.

3. Authorized Use & Cybersecurity

You agree to use our website and services exclusively for lawful, authorized business purposes. Any unauthorized attempt to breach the security of this website, conduct uncontracted vulnerability scanning, or interfere with our network operations will result in immediate legal action and termination of service.

4. Intellectual Property

All content, custom software codebases, architectural designs, and proprietary Agentic AI workflows developed by Rudix Technology remain the intellectual property of Rudix Technology unless explicitly transferred under a signed written agreement with the client.

5. Limitation of Liability

While we employ industry-standard security protocols, Rudix Technology shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our services, unforeseeable zero-day exploits, or hardware failures outside our direct control.

6. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Material changes will be communicated to active clients via their designated account managers. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
